We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah.

Orders placed before 12 PM are processed the same day (except Fridays & holidays).

We offer free delivery on orders above AED 80. A small delivery fee may apply for smaller orders, depending on location.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened food, used toys, grooming tools, or litter products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
