We gladly accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrectly shipped items within 7 daysΒ of purchase when accompanied by proof of payment (your original receipt or order confirmationΒ will suffice).

Important Return Guidelines:

1. Inspect Immediately: Please check all items upon delivery. If anything is damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Keep all original packaging materials.

- Health & Safety: Used items that may carry fleas, ticks, or other transmissible conditions cannot be accepted for return.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original resalable condition withΒ tags/labels attached.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
